Privacy policy
Karacan Analytics LLC ("Karacan Analytics", "we", "us") operates karacan-analytics.com and the Risk Shield monitoring service. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and business details you provide (name, email, company, website) via email, Stripe checkout, or outbound correspondence.
- Public website scan data — we run automated Lighthouse/WCAG lab scans on URLs you submit or that appear in our outreach list. Results (scores, findings, timestamps) are stored in our database (Supabase).
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers.
- Technical logs from hosting (IP address, browser type, request metadata) and optional analytics (Microsoft Clarity) to improve the site.
How we use information
- Deliver Risk Shield previews, weekly monitoring reports, and support responses.
- Operate outbound outreach (e.g. Instantly) where permitted — personalized preview links only to business contacts.
- Maintain subscriber accounts and scan history after paid signup.
- Secure, debug, and improve our services; comply with law.
Storage and processors
Data may be processed by: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), n8n (automation on our infrastructure), and email delivery providers. We use service-role credentials server-side; preview pages expose only anonymized scan summaries via public slug URLs.
Retention
Outbound preview data is retained while campaigns are active or until you request deletion. Subscriber scan history is kept for the subscription term plus a reasonable period for billing and support.
Your choices
- Reply stop to outreach emails to opt out of further messages.
- Cancel Risk Shield anytime via the Stripe customer portal.
- Request access or deletion: contact@karacan-analytics.com.
