Service description
Risk Shield provides automated weekly (or as described at checkout) WCAG/ADA-oriented website scans, priority scoring, and remediation guidance based on public-page lab data. Deliverables may include email reports and hosted preview pages.
Not legal advice
All content, scores, and reports are for technical and operational planning only. They do not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee against litigation. Consult qualified counsel for legal strategy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices and features are listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds follow Stripe and our support policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate business and website information.
- Only submit domains you are authorized to monitor.
- Do not abuse scan endpoints, reverse-engineer automation, or resell reports without permission.
Outbound previews
We may send business outreach containing a personalized preview link generated from public lab scans. If you are not the intended recipient, reply stop or contact us to remove your record.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." Automated scans may miss issues or produce false positives. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery or fitness for a particular legal outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karacan Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or litigation costs, arising from use of the service.
