About Karacan Analytics
We are a small US-based analytics studio focused on one thing: helping service businesses make a fast, defensible decision about accessibility risk on their public-facing pages — before committing to a large remediation program.
What we do
We deliver the Accessibility Risk Snapshot: a fixed-scope, evidence-backed review of public URLs, prioritized by severity, effort, and user impact. Typical delivery is 12–24 hours after payment. Engagement is one-time and explicit; there is no autopay and no recurring contract.
For teams that want continued attention, we can scope remediation sprints or monthly monitoring as separate engagements after the snapshot is delivered.
Where we work
- Dental practices — primarily Texas (Houston and San Antonio metros).
- Medspas & aesthetics — primarily Texas (Dallas and Austin metros).
- HVAC contractors — primarily Arizona (Phoenix and Mesa metros).
We also accept work from other service categories case by case — ask us.
How we work
- You pay the fixed snapshot fee on Stripe.
- We confirm scope (a short email exchange) and start the review.
- Within 12–24 hours we send the snapshot report by email, plus any quick-win callouts.
- If you want, we scope a follow-up engagement (remediation or monitoring) — entirely optional.
What we are not
We are not a law firm. The snapshot is informational and is not a substitute for legal counsel. We do not provide legal opinions, certifications, or guarantees of compliance with any specific regulation.
